Customer Service Team Member

Serve great food, support your team, and help our customers feel at home.

We’re hiring a Customer Service Team Member to work in our cafe and grocery store in Florence, SC. This is a front-of-house role that combines customer service, light food prep and retail tasks in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

You’ll greet guests, prepare smoothies, handle food orders, and help keep the space clean and stocked. You don’t need a food background—but you do need a good attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine care for customers and coworkers.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide helpful, friendly service

• Take orders, run the register, and handle transactions accurately

• Make smoothies to order

• Restock coolers, shelves, and supplies throughout the day

• Help keep the cafe clean, tidy, and organized

• Support the team by jumping in where needed—especially during busy times

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills

• Dependable, on-time, and ready to work as part of a team

• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-moving environment

• Attention to detail and care for cleanliness and presentation

• Retail, food service, or customer-facing experience is a plus

• Must be able to lift 20 lb and work on your feet

Schedule & Benefits

• 3–4 weekdays/week (10:30 AM–6:00 PM)

• Rotating Saturdays (10:30 AM–6:00 PM)
