Roasted Cabbage

Cabbage cut into wedges and roasted until the edges char and the centers turn soft. Olive oil, salt, and black pepper, nothing else getting in the way.
Good next to anything off the grill, or on its own if cabbage is the whole point tonight.
Proof a vegetable can have an edge.
