Mahi w/ Lemon Herb Butter

Good fish doesn’t need much. So we didn’t do much.

Mahi mahi seasoned simply and roasted until flakey and meaty, served with a fresh lemon wedge. Clean protein, honest preparation, nothing in the way of the fish doing what good fish does.

Squeeze the lemon and pair with any vegetable side from the case.
