Limited Time Only

Not a Knowledge Problem

You know real food works. Eggs. Meat. Vegetables. Something you cooked yourself.

Nobody needs that explained. Knowledge isn’t the gap.

Attention is.

New & Improved. Again.

The shelf never sits still. A new flavor. A new formula. A new thing everybody’s suddenly taking.

That’s not an accident. New sells, so new keeps coming.

You try the thing for a couple of months. Interest fades. By then the next one is already on the shelf, waiting for you to get bored.

The launch is the product. The food is just the packaging.

Dessert with a Job Title

Walk the supplement aisle. Collagen. Sea moss. Lion’s mane. Whatever is next in line.

Or start smaller. A cookies-and-cream protein bar on one side. A fried egg on the other.

Of course the bar wins. It tastes like a cookie and asks nothing of you. The egg wants a pan.

That’s not a flaw in you. That’s the design working exactly as built.

Yogurt in a Costume

Kids get it first. Yogurt with a candy compartment. Yogurt in a tube. Crackers you assemble yourself.

It’s fun. That’s the point. It’s also yogurt (kind of).

Homemade yogurt with a spoonful of jam does the same job. Nobody has ever released it in a limited edition.

The lunchbox is where the habit gets set. A kid raised on the next thing grows into an adult waiting for it.

Your Move

None of this is forbidden. The bar, the powder, the yogurt with the candy lid. Buy what you want.

Just know which one is happening. Choosing, or being carried.

And it isn’t only the kitchen. Check the bathroom shelf, the closet, the shoes by the door. Same cycle, different aisle.

The shelf will keep moving. That’s its job.

Whether you move with it is still your problem.
